2. Explanation

• Synergetic combination of various surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and EP additives.
• It is an absolute multi-purpose full synthetic metal working fluid which is used in CNC machines to land pipe industry.
• Via detergent additive contents, it has cleaning and draging shavings properties.
• Contains biocides and fungicides that prevents putrefaction.
• Via anticorrosion additives, it protects the finished products and the manufacture tools.
• Resistant to 30dH hard water and foam adjusted.
• Does not contain nitrite and phenol.
• Neither combusts nor causes smoke.

3. Areas of Usage

The operations of drilling, boring, milling, lathing, sawing, grinding, threading and hydro testing of pipes.

5. Shelf Life

It should be stored between 10°C and 40°C in its original package. Shelf life is 12 months.
