2. Explanation

• A synergistic combination of various surfactants and biocides.
• BOLWET 100CL is a system cleaning liquid developed for use in CNC machines in metalworking industry.
• It destroys bacteria and fungi formed in the system.
• Via detergent additives, it provides excellent cleaning in the machines.

3. Areas of Usage

There are two types of applications:

1. The old emulsion is drained. BOLWET 100CL is added to the system up to 0.5% of the tank volume and water is added to the system up to 50% of the tank volume. The system is operated for 6 hours and then the system is drained.
2. BOLWET 100CL is added to the system up to 1% of the emulsion tank volume without draining the old emulsion. The system is operated for 24 hours and then the system is drained.

4. Shelf Life

It should be stored between 10°C and 40°C in its original package. Shelf life is 12 months.

5. Packaging

20L, 30L, 60L of plastic drums, 200L of barrels or 1000L of IBC.
