2. Explanation

• BOLSOL TK 300 PLUS is an emulsifier with high emulsion capability especially produced for fur, suede and the leathers of small cattle.
• Resistant to hard water, salts, acidic and alkaline environments.
• It can be purified easily in the treatment facilities without causing any contamination.
• Via high emulsion capability, it prevents hair smearing in degreasing on the fur.

3. Application

Degreasing on the leathers of small cattle;

• BOLSOL TK 300PLUS %4 – 8 (dry 35 – 38 °C) 90 min.
• Washing 100 % water (35 – 38 °C) + %3 salt, 30 – 45 min. (twice)

Degreasing on the operation of fur;;

1. Bath Flotte rate 1/10 (35 – 38°C)

•  4 – 8g/L BOLSOL TK 300PLUS 45 min.
•  5g/L salt addition, 30 min.

2. Bath Flotte rate 1/10 (35 – 38 °C)

•  3 – 5 g/L BOLSOL TK 300PLUS
• 1 g/L BOLSOL RYS 100 (washing soup) 60 min.

NOTE: It is recommended to use the upper limits of the values of given on the oily leathers.

4. Shelf Life

It should be stored between 10°C and 40°C in its original package. Shelf life is 12 months.

5. Packaging

20L, 30L, 60L of plastic drums, 200L of barrels or 1000L of IBC.
