2. Explanation

• BOLSOL BR 50 is a synergetic combination of various surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, EP additives and mineral oil.
• Forms stable milk emulsion with water.
• Via detergent additive contents, it has cleaning and draging shavings properties.
• Contains biocides and fungicides that prevents putrefaction.
• Resistant to hard water and foam adjusted.
• Does not contain nitrite and phenol. It is formaldeyhde and chlorine-free.
• Neither combusts nor causes smoke.

3. Areas of Usage

The operations of drilling, boring, milling, lathing, sawing, grinding and threading.

4. Application

• It is used between 5%-10% in accordance with the hardness of the process.
• Suggested core applications: Aluminum alloys, low-medium alloyed steel, high alloyed-stainless steel.
• Possible applications: cast iron, yellow metals.

5. Shelf Life

It should be stored between 10°C and 40°C in its original package. Shelf life is 12 months.

6. Packaging

20L, 30L, 60L of plastic drums, 200L of barrels or 1000L of IBC.
