2. Explanation
- ANTISTATIC CG4 can be used successfully to blend the synthetic fibers due to the antistatic property.
- Can be used in kamgarn type yarns which are produced from wool, wool mix, synthetic and natural fibers.
- Does not contain mineral oil.
- Increases fiber – fiber cohession and decreases fiber – metal friction.
- Provides high efficiency during the spinning operation.
- Can be used in the synthetic yarn transfer like polyester, polypropylene, acrylic and can also be used in the winding from beams to warp.
- Can be used with anionic, cationic and nonionic surface active agents.
- If extra antistatic property required, it can be used with the other lubricants.
- Can be cleaned easily by washing.
- Does not cause yellowish effect and bad smell.
- Resists hard water.

Recommended to use 10 % – 15 % emulsion via spraying to beam.
Added between 0,5 % – 2 % to the blending oil -mineral based- gives an excellent antistatic property to the blending oil.
100 % wool (Kamgarn): 0,5% – 0,8%
100% wool(Streichgarn): 1,5% – 2,5%
Viscose – Acrylic: 0,3% – 0,5%
Polyester: 0,3% – 0,5%
Acrylic: 0,5% – 1,0%

It should be stored between 10°C and 40°C in its original package. Shelf life is 12 months.
